For Bikini Sugaring CT Should Be Prioritized

By Karen Barnes

There are many methods currently that are used for the removal of hair from different parts of the body. One of these methods is sugaring. The method has its origins in ancient middle east. Sugaring makes use of a gel or paste that is made using various ingredients. Some commonly used ingredients include water, salt, essential oils, sugar, lemon juice, and honey at times. The term bikini sugaring is used for applications done around the pubic area.

Hair removal in sugaring is done at its root. The time it takes for hair to regrow is also longer in comparison, taking over six weeks mostly. When in search for someone who is specialized in bikini sugaring CT should be the place to check out. Facilities in CT offer very low rates while their services are of very high quality.

Over time, several different recipes have come for making the gel and paste using for this process. Nonetheless, the ingredients used must be natural. Sometimes this method is erroneously referred to as sugar waxing because gel is applied in the same way as wax in waxing. However, because wax has resins in it, that term is erroneous.

There are two types of sugaring, in one method paste is used and in the other, a gel is used. These two methods have significant differences between them. The use of paste is considered to be the traditional technique. In the use of paste, the thick mixture is applied using hands in a way that the application is in the opposite direction as hair growth. This is the first application.

In the second application, the mixture is flicked off in the same direction hair growth. The mixture must be used while warm. The use of gels is done in the same way as waxing. The gel is applied in the same direction as hair growth and removed in the opposite direction. Removal can be done using a muslim strip or a piece of cloth.

There are several advantages associated with sugaring. First, if the method is done by an experienced person, it can remove large amounts of hair faster and at once in comparison to waxing. The sugar mixture can be applied to a larger area than wax to speed up the process. Secondly, because the paste and gel are sugar soluble, it is easier to clean off the residue using plain water.

The level of pain felt in this process is much lower compared to what people feel in waxing. This is because sugar is less stickier than wax. However, some pain should still be expected. Other advantages of this process include making temporary results permanent, applying sugar paste over hair that was missed initially, and ease of making sugar paste for use.

Certain disadvantages are also associated with this method. The most common challenges people experience with the method include difficulty in attaining the correct consistency and absence of professionals in the method. Hair also needs to achieve a given height before the process can be applied effectively.
