So the main purpose of this is to regulate menstrual cycle, premenstrual syndrome or PMS, and painful periods. It helps also to stimulate and to normalize pituitary gland functioning, especially the functions of progesterone.

Fifth, ladies mantle herb. Its purposes are reducing period pains and diminishing heavy menstruation flow, thus, easing menopausal changes and regulating menstrual cycles. Sixth, Chinese angelica root. This also helps on relieving menstrual cramps and pains due to blood stagnation and also restoring the vitality. Intestinal muscle tones and uterine will be improved as well.

Seventh, herb from skullcap. It calms the nerves and it reduces stress and anxiety feeling, thus, relaxing a nervous tension. The main purpose of this classically is to revive a nervous system then to increase blood flow from the brain. Eighth, root of ginger which aids in relaxation of muscle spasms especially the colic from the intestines.

Ninth, dandelion roots. When using this, liver congestion, muscular rheumatism, and gall bladder congestion are relieved and blood will be cleansed. Tenth, liquorice root. Like dandelion root, the blood will be cleansed. The inflammation can also be reduced and cramps are eased.
