Using sunscreen saves you from whole lot of trouble. There are harmful sun rays that could result into cancerous cells and breakage of your body. It helps keep your outer body protected even when you walk under the sun. If you have some cracks treat them immediately and cover them up to avoid infections. Too much exposure to sun rays could cause early wrinkling.

Regular checkups let you know the progress of your body. If you have some weird things on you and have no clue what they are see your dermatologist. Protecting your inner body is done by eating a balanced diet therefore protect your outer body by raising an alarm to any negative red sign. You should also check your outer covering regularly and ensure all is well before it is too late.

Taking care of your body and choosing a healthy lifestyle can help one to age slowly. Avoid smoking for it contributes to formation of wrinkles. This is because blood vessels narrows thus less blood being supplied and minimal oxygen and nutrients being supplied. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions that one forms like eye squinting contributes to formation of wrinkles.

Good body comes from a lot of work and effort put in making it look healthy. If you want a happy outer covering have enough sleep and remain stress free. Water should be taken more often to keep your outer covering from drying thus avoiding cracks. Protecting ones is taking heed of ones internal organs from falling out therefore be nice to your skin as it gives you shape.
